Men kitsuke

Enfin ! 

Enfin j'ai pu voir mon mari en kimono. Dans un très beau kimono en soie noir de mariage, avec le haori qui va avec. 

Le kimono fait 144 cm d'envergure, c'est un peu court mais cela reste correcte pour lui. Par contre vous ne verrais pas de photo en pieds car il est très court. Mais ce n'est pas bien grave car mon plan est de lui faire porter un hakama avec. Ce sera la classe ! 

Finally ! 

Finally, I was able to saw my husband in kimono. In a very nice kimono in black silk, with the hari which go with. 

This kimono is 144 cm wingspan, which is a bit short but ok for him. But you will not see an in foot photo because the size is really short. But it doesn't really matter because I want to find a hakama for him to wear with. This will be awesome ! 

Il a fière allure n'est ce pas?
Pour ce kitsuke, je lui ai prêté mon juban pour faire illusion. A terme il faudra vraiment que je lui en couse un .
Kimono fit him well isn't it ? 
For this kitsuke I let him use my juban do do the illusion. I want to sew a fake collar and a date jime for him.

Les motifs et couleurs sont toujours cachés chez les hommes. Ici c'est l’intérieur du haori qui dévoile un paysage magnifique.
As usual for men the beauty is inside. Here the haori motif is a beautiful landscape.

Pour le nœud un kai no kuchi standard. For the knot a ki no kuchi musubi.

Comme tout kimono de mariage, il porte cinq mon. Ici il s'agit de deux plumes de faucon croisées dans un cercle, nommé Maruni Chigai Takanoha.
Le tissus est vraiment magnifique, c'est un tissage en nid d'abeille et chaque creux brillent. Il doit y avoir des files argenté.

This fabric is beautiful, it's a kind of honeycomb, and every hollow shine. There is maybe some silver thread.
