Présentation

Kaeru signifie grenouille.

Bien. Cela dit, quel est mon but ?

Kaeru mean frog.

This first post will be for the presentation of this blog.
First of all, who am I ? I'm 27 years old at this date and fond of japon, I fall in love with kimono recently. It's the art of wearing a kimono or Kitsuke, I want to talk about here.

I'm a true newbie, every wearing is a lesson I would like to share here.
For the moment, I only have one "true" Kimono, a Kuro Tomesode which I will talk about later. The wearing of It what only recent because I neede to by all the accesory and a good obi. So I put it for the first time juste few day ago.  It was a big adventure, so if you have advice please contact me.
First time wearing kimono, there is a lots of mistake.

Then. What's my point?
I have a collectionner project. I would like to have all the kimono kind in orange with black obi to go with. My ultimate goal will be to have and wear an Uchikake, wedding kimono, and a Maiko Kimono.
What will I talk about ?
Kimono of course, I would like to make some tutoriel in french, I would presente accesory and kimono I will buy, and everything that go with Kitsuke.
Some time I would also speak about japanese culture et travel.

  2. The frog looks very cute \(^o^)/

I wish I could see the whole Tomesode, ´cause I adore them very much.
Like already said I really like this Fukuro Obi but actually you wear
Tomesode with Fukuro Obi which have a golden or silver base color (very formal).

    For example:

It would be better to wear this Obi along with Tsukesage or Houmongi ♥

I will post some photo of this tomesode when I will have better one.
The motif in the bottom is a beautifful pheasant. I love it !

For the obi, I know, but for now I can't do better, it's my only obi... And I don't have other kimono as well... I just begin my collection.
I plan to by this kind of obi, I really like the silver one with hewagone. *_*
Thank you for your comment ^_^

  3. Bonjour Kaeru,
